Emergency arrangements

Step-free Assembly Station A is located on Deck 7. Safety instructions are announced aloud over the loudspeaker system, and large-print and Braille briefings are available at Reception.

Boarding and Vehicle Access

Travelling on Foot

Foot passengers do not board using an overhead walkway. Boarding and disembarking take place via a low-floor bus driving directly onto the vehicle deck. A designated boarding point highlighted at each terminal building is provided for passengers needing assistance. Port staff assist with luggage and mobility aids on all sailings.

Travelling by Car

Accessible parking spaces on vehicle decks are located on Decks 3 and 5, right beside the passenger lifts. Fixed ramps and dropped kerbs provide step-free access to doors. Cars are identified using hazard flashers and mirror hangers. Vehicle deck crew assist on all sailings.

Communication and Instructions

Disembarkation instructions and timeline updates are provided via public address announcements throughout the vessel and displayed on screens in main passenger lounges.
