Onboard Accessibility

Getting around on board

Most public areas on board are wheelchair accessible.

Lifts, passageways, and doors are designed to accommodate standard-sized wheelchairs, although some areas may include ramps, thresholds or heavy doors.

Our crew are always happy to assist.

Accessible Facilities

Accessible toilets are available on all vessels. When a radar key is required for access, one will be available from Guest Services if you do not have you own personal key.

Accessible cabins with en-suite facilities are available on some vessels and must be booked in advance.

Seating can also be requested before travel.

Clear signage and wayfinding information is available throughout the vessel.

Hearing Support

A portable hearing loop is available at Guest Services on UK routes.

If you are deaf or have hearing loss, please let a member of Guest Services know when you board. Our crew will endeavour to ensure you receive important travel and safety information during your journey. Subtitles are displayed on screens on most routes.

If you require additional assistance, please inform our team at Guest Services.
