If you have booked with us and are uncertain if you want to travel now, we also offer you the option to change your ticket to an open ticket. Your original ticket will be cancelled but the ticket value will remain unchanged and can be extended to a new departure in 2020 or 2021. The new trip must be booked no later than 30th November 2020. You can yourself, online, change your current booking to an open ticket by visiting the "Manage Booking" site of the national country website where you first booked your ticket. All you need is your e-mail address and your booking number.

There's a clear and simple choice of fares when travelling by ferry to Holland with Stena Line. Introducing Economy, Flexi and Premium - three fare types designed to offer you more choice when you travel with us.
With lower fares from just £59 single for car plus driver, travelling with Stena Line really is the smart way to Holland.
Our lowest fare, a good choice if your travel plans are fixed. Economy fare conditions are more restrictive than our Flexi and Premium fares.
With the Economy Fare, you can still change your booking if you need to, subject to an amendment fee of £20 for motorists and £2 for foot passengers (+ any difference in fare or cost of extra items added). Should you however need to cancel your booking, no refund is due.
Our Flexi fare, offers you an attractive fare with greater flexibility should your plans change.
If your plans aren't finalised or you need the reassurance of knowing that you can change your booking, then our Flexi Fare is the one for you. You can change your booking without incurring an amendment fee, and should you need to cancel* your trip altogether you can get a full refund up to 24 Hours before departure, and a 50% up to 2 hours before departure.
Our Premium fare offers you the most favorable conditions, greater flexibility, Stena Plus lounge access and other benefits.
For a little bit more you can enjoy our premium fare. All the benefits of the Flexi fare with the added convenience of a full refund up to 2 hours before departure.* You also get access to the exclusive Stena Plus Lounge and we will even throw in a buffet breakfast on our overnight crossings to get your morning off to great start.
Please note, any difference to your original fare, or the cost of additional items added to the booking are still payable. An amendment fee applies to Economy bookings (£20 for motorists and £2 for foot passengers).
