If you have booked with us and are uncertain if you want to travel now, we also offer you the option to change your ticket to an open ticket. Your original ticket will be cancelled but the ticket value will remain unchanged and can be extended to a new departure in 2020 or 2021. The new trip must be booked no later than 30th November 2020. You can yourself, online, change your current booking to an open ticket by visiting the "Manage Booking" site of the national country website where you first booked your ticket. All you need is your e-mail address and your booking number.

Here you'll find information on how to get to our ferry port in Ventspils, Latvia.
If you are driving from Riga to Ventspils Port, take the A10. If you are travelling from Liepaja take the P111. On arrival in Ventspils, follow signs marked "Pramju Terminalis".
You can use the intercity bus services (Ventspils Reiss, Nordeka, etc.) to get to the Ventspils Stena Line Passenger Ferry Terminal. It is a 7 minute walk to the passenger ferry terminal from the bus drop-off.
