Group Travel Information

It is a legal requirement to record the details of every individual passenger travelling. Passenger lists should be completed via the link on your e-ticket at least 2 weeks prior to your departure date.

If you are unable to complete the passenger list via the 'Passenger List' link on your e-ticket, you must download and complete our Guest Passenger List Excel Document ensuring you enter the details for every travelling passenger . Save as an EXCEL DOCUMENT (do not scan) and email the Excel document to group.travel@stenaline.com at least 2 weeks prior to your departure date.

The information required for all routes is:

• First Name
• Surname
• Gender
• Age range (adult 16 and over, child 4-15 years, infant 0-3 years)
• Nationality
• Any information concerning the need for special care or assistance in an emergency situation.

In addition for the Holyhead, Fishguard and Hook of Holland routes we also require:

• Date of Birth
• Passport information

If you have an event and would like to discuss the possibility of a ferry discount for those travelling to your event with Stena Line on any of our Irish Sea routes, please send a brief email with further information including your mobile number to group.travel@stenaline.com and one of our team will be in touch with you as soon as they can.

Payment Terms

Deposit

If you do not have an account with Stena Line, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If the deposit is not paid within 7 days of booking, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. If your outward travel date is within 29 days of departure full payment is required at time of booking.

Balance Due

Final numbers and full balance payment are required at least 14 days before departure date.

Cancellation Fees

For bookings cancelled (days prior to outward departure):

29 days or more before departure date:

25% of the total booking value/loss of deposit.

(No cancellation fees 29 days+ for customers with credit accounts)

28 up to 15 days before departure date:

40% cancellation charge

14 up to 5 days before departure:

75% cancellation charge

4 days or less before departure:

100% cancellation charge

Charges apply for individual passengers or cabins cancelled 4 days or less before departure. No refunds will be given.

Passengers with Wheelchairs or Walking Frames

If a member of your group is travelling with a wheelchair or walking frame, you must pre-book a space as we only allow a limited number per sailing for safety constraints. Please contact us as early as possible to avoid disappointment as spaces are very limited and are subject to availability
