What options are available to amend or cancel my booking due to the coronavirus?

No rebooking fees, for your flexibility.

In order for you to feel comfortable when booking with us we want to give you flexibility given the current situation. Because of that we are waiving any fees for rebooking of tickets for all our destinations so that you can amend your travel as its suits you, if your circumstances change.

This applies to all of our routes and is valid for existing bookings made before 1st July 2020 for travel to 31st July 2020. Changing the date or time of your booking may result in different pricing, but there is no fee for making changes. We now have an Open Ticket facility where you can put your booking 'on hold' right up until the 30th of November.

Full details of our Terms and Conditions can be found here.

For those guests travelling on group and package tours, special conditions apply. Please get in touch with your point of contact where your booking was made.

We hope that this flexibility can give you greater peace of mind when booking your Stena Line ticket.

For customers who wish to cancel their booking, a refund may be applicable depending on the terms and conditions of the fare type booked.

Please note: you must take action before your sailing date; our terms and conditions with regards to late cancellations and no-shows still apply
