How do I get on to the ferry as a foot passenger?
If you are travelling on our Liverpool-Belfast or Holyhead-Dublin routes or from Cherbourg, you will be transferred from the passenger terminal to the ferry on a shuttle bus.
If you are travelling on our Cairnryan-Belfast route or from Fishguard or Rosslare, you will be required to walk from the passenger terminal to the ferry via a covered walkway. This walk is at least 200m which may not be feasible for some guests. Please notify our staff at check-in that you will require assistance and we will ensure that is arranged for you. It’s important that you arrive to check-in at least 30 minutes before departure to allow us to put the arrangements in place for you.
In Belfast and Cairnryan we have a shuttle bus that can take you from the passenger terminal directly to the ferry. In Fishguard and Rosslare alternative assistance will be provided.
