How do I receive my ticket?

After payment has been made, your booking will be confirmed and you will receive a booking confirmation email which is your E-ticket for travelling with us.  If you have not received your E-ticket within 24 hours of booking please call the Contact Centre. You should present this e-ticket when checking-in for the sailing in order to receive your boarding documentation.

 

If you would like to receive a booking confirmation by post, this can be arranged by the Contact Centre (this service is not available in Latvia). An administration fee will apply for any booking confirmations that are requested to be posted.
