CHANGE YOUR BOOKING TO AN OPEN TICKET
If you cannot or do not want to travel on your existing booking, you can now convert your ticket to an ‘open ticket’ which will allow you to book a new trip on more suitable dates. This can be done at any time before 30th November 2020 for travel in 2020 or 2021. There will be no amendment fee when you come to rebook your trip and the full value of your existing trip will be credited against your new trip. If your new trip has a higher fare, you will need to pay the difference. Click on the link below to change your booking to an open ticket; you will need your 8 digit booking reference and your e-mail address. We offer this for trips with a departure date in July, departure dates after this will not be transferred to an open ticket.

UPDATED INFORMATION REGARDING EXTRA MEMBERSHIP IN RELATION TO COVID-19
We are very grateful to have you as an Extra member and a loyal Stena Line customer. We wanted to show you the same loyalty by extending your points - instead of expiring at the end of 2020, your points will now be valid until December 31, 2021.
For all Extra Gold members –we will extend your Gold membership for an additional 12 months*, as well as extending all your points that were due to expire at the end of 2020 up to December 31, 2021.
We are grateful for your support and loyalty. We hope to see you onboard as soon as the situation allows it.
* This concerns all members with a Gold status during the year 2020. If you have been downgraded before May, we will automatically upgrade you again from the date you were downgraded.
