Welcome to your account. You can update your profile, check your booking history and edit or cancel existing bookings.



If you cannot or do not want to travel on your existing booking, you can now convert your ticket to an ‘open ticket’ which will allow you to book a new trip on more suitable dates. This can be done at any time before 30th November 2020 for travel in 2020 or 2021. There will be no amendment fee when you come to rebook your trip and the full value of your existing trip will be credited against your new trip. If your new trip has a higher fare, you will need to pay the difference. Clcik on the link below to change your booking to an open ticket; you will need your 8 digit booking reference and your e-mail address.

Did you know...
You can now amend or cancel your booking online

Simply visit the My bookings page where you can select the booking you wish to amend or cancel by clicking on the relevant booking reference. If you are changing your booking, select the "amend" tab and you'll be presented with the items you can edit for your upcoming trip. For booking cancellations, just select the "cancel" tab and follow the simple instructions
