Travelling With Pets/Animals

Pets Onboard

Stena Line prides itself on being a pet-friendly organisation and has introduced a number of initiatives over recent years to demonstrate this commitment. However, following extensive customer feedback and discussion, Stena Line has decided that rom Wednesday May 1st 2019, pets will not be permitted (either in carry-on crates or on leads) in passenger accommodation areas on its Holyhead/Dublin and Fishguard/Rosslare routes. Stena Line advises customers who are planning to travel with pets from this date onwards to enquire in advance about availability of the limited number of onboard kennel spaces or make adequate provision for the accommodation of their pets in their cars. Customers are advised that pets can be booked into the onboard kennels online and pets travelling in vehicles must also be booked online or through the Customer Contact Centre in advance of travel.
