Can I change my booking to an open ticket?
Yes. if you wish to put your booking 'on hold', you can do this then rebook your trip right up until the 30th November.
To put your booking on hold you'll need your 8 digit booking reference and the e-mail address which was on the booking. You can find this information on your booking confirmation.
Add these two pieces of information on the form linked below making sure not to enter any additional spaces or characters then click on the confirmation box to say that you wish to put your booking on hold.
PUT MY BOOKING ON HOLD
You will get a confirmation e-mail to say that your booking is on hold. This might take up to 5 days so please monitor your inbox for this. If you do not receive an e-mail, please get in touch with us on 03447 70 70 70 to confirm your original booking details.
When you are ready to rebook your trip, you can do this online via the manage booking facility or you can call us on 03447 70 70 70. If there is a difference in fare then you will have to pay this difference but there will be no amendment fee.
