Stena Line, Greater Anglia and Netherlands Railways reserve the right to make minor changes to all products up to 36 hours prior to departure and cannot accept any liability for any inaccuracy in the information contained in these terms and conditions, which may be subject to alteration without notice. Tickets will not be valid for alternative destinations or routes. Our fares start at £55 single and terms and conditions apply. For bookings paid for by credit card, made by phone or at a travel agent, additional fees may apply.
Advance single 'Dutchflyer' fares are available only in standard accommodation from any Greater Anglia station and Harwich International and in second class accommodation on Netherlands Railway trains between Hook of Holland and your destination in the Netherlands. The 'Dutchflyer' fare does not include travel on Dutch high speed rail services. Should you choose to travel on a high speed service additional supplements will payable for your journey.
Availability is limited, particularly at busy times. For the cheapest fare of £55 you must book your outward and return journeys at least 14 full days in advance of your outward journey.
Travel must be on the dates and times shown on the ticket. No break of journey is allowed other than to join connecting services. There is no reduction on the Advance fare for Railcard holders. Children aged 5-15 inclusive pay 50% off the available fare. If you travel on a different train or ferry to that shown on your ticket it will be invalid, and a full single fare will be payable.

Change of journey plans
a) Provided the origin and destination stations remain the same, changes to tickets can be made at least 14 days in advance of the outward travel date, upon payment of a £10 administration fee plus any increase in fare between the cost of the original journey and your amended travel dates. No refund will be made if an amendment results in a price decrease.
a) There is no refund value on any 'Dutchflyer' product, but in the event of the cancellation of the service on which the reservation has been made, you will have the option of a full refund (as set out in the National Rail Conditions of Carriage).
b) Refunds can only be obtained from the point of purchase.
The transport of travellers, their luggage and vehicles is carried out in accordance with the travel conditions of Stena Line BV, of which registry is filed at the District Court in Rotterdam, unless the convention of international transport of travellers and their luggage per railway (CIV) is valid. The travel conditions are available for perusal at the office and onboard the ships of Stena Line BV.
Prices will vary according to travelling dates and are subject to availability. Prices are per cabin per night, including tax. and are compulsory when traveling on overnight ferry sailings.
