To access to our ferry terminal by foot please use the footbridge (elevated walkway) which is located close to the harbor car park or if you are walking from the city side, the bridge is at the end of Havnegade Street.

Here you'll find easy to follow directions by car and public transport to our ferry port in Frederikshavn.
If you want to drive from Aalborg to Frederikshavn, take E45 highway and follow signs for the ferry, Norway and Sweden. Signs will read as Norge, Sverige and Færge in Danish.
As you enter the port, the main car park is on your lefthand side. It will cost DKK 5 per hour throughout the day. the parking machine takes 1-2-5-10 and 20 Danish kroner coins. Please note, it does not give any change.
Also, there is a limited number of Passenger Drop-off parking spaces outside the main Stena Line terminal building.
Frederikshavn Station is the nearest train station, a 20 minute walk from the main Stena Line terminal building.
From here you can board trains to Hjørring, Aalborg, Århus, Odense, Copenhagen and Skagen.

Frederikshavn Station is the nearest bus station which is located 20 minute's walk from the Stena Line terminal. From here you can take buses Buses to and from Hjørring, Sæby, Aalborg and Skagen.

You can usually find taxis parked in front of the main Stena Line terminal building.

Here you'll find information on how to get to our ferry terminal in Oslo, by can and public transport.
Dirive on the E6 highway north or south bound and follow tsigns to Stena / DFDS in the tunnel. If you are travelling on the E18 highway, head westbound and follow signs for Stena / DFDS in the tunnel.
You can find long and short term car park located close to the main Stena Line Ferry Terminal.
You can travel by train from Oslo Central Station to various Norwegian destinations. You will find the train staion located 15 minute's walk from the Stena Line Ferry Terminal. Aalternatively, you can take bus number 60 from Jernbanetorget directly to the terminal.

Once you arrive at the Stena Line Ferry Terminal, you can catch a bus, tram or train services to Oslo Central Station or Jernbantetorget as it is known in Norwegian. From Jernbanetorget (outside Jernbantorget pharmacy) it is possible to take bus number 60 to Vippetangen.
The Stena Line Ferry Terminal is close to Oslo Central Station where taxis can be pre-booked. Alternatively, it is a 15 minutes from the station. Should you choose this method, follow the footbridge from Oslo Central Station to the Opera House then take a turn right and follow the walkway to Vippetangen.
