Are your ferries accessible to disabled / reduced mobility passengers?

All our ferries are adapted to suit the needs of disabled / reduced mobility passengers, however some sailings have a restriction on the number of wheelchairs that can be taken.

 

If you have particular or mobility needs & require assistance please advise us of your specific requirements at least 48 hours before the start of your journey by calling us on 03447 707070 with your booking reference. Alternatively e-mail: assistance@stenaline.com (more than 7 days before departure).

 

We may require that you travel with an attendant if it is essential for safety reasons or you are unable to assist in your own evacuation from the ferry or you are unable to understand safety instructions. If this is the case, there will be no additional fee for the attendant.

 

To enable us to provide you with the best level of service, we kindly request you to check-in at least 1 hour before departure (2 hours on our Liverpool route). Upon arrival, please also advise our check-in staff, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
