Contact Locator Form to be completed by ALL entrants

From 8 June there will be new health measures in place for entering the United Kingdom due to COVID-19. These measures are for all entrants, including UK residents and visitors from overseas. All travellers arriving to the UK from continental Europe are required to self-isolate for 14 days on arrival or until the date of their departure from the UK if that is less than 14 days.

Before travelling with Stena Line, customers are required to complete the Public Health Passenger Locator Form, to provide contact details, travel details and the address for where they will self-isolate. You must take a printed or digital copy of the completed form with you when you travel.

If you have booked to travel with us after June 8th you are REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE FORM providing details of your journey, contact details, and place of residence on the online before entering the UK.

It is your responsibility to provide these details. The UK Border Force will be undertaking checks and could refuse entry to the UK. If you are refused entry to the UK, you will be required to cover your own cost of travel with us back to your original departure point at your own expense.

The latest information and guidance on these measures can be found at: GOV.uk

Information for exemptions for self-isolation can be found here.
