View, amend or cancel your booking

The quickest and simplest way to make changes to your booking is to visit the Manage Booking section of our site. Read more on how to amend your booking online.
You can also call our Contact Centre on 03447 70 70 70 to assist with any changes you wish to make for your booking. However, as we are experiencing a high volume of calls and in order to prioritise those in need of immediate assistance, we kindly ask that you don't call our Contact Centre unless you're booked to travel within the next 48 hours.
