View, amend or cancel your booking
Our chatbot, Stina, can help you with the majority of questions you have about travelling with us. You can access Stina in the bottom right hand corner of the FAQs page. Simply click on the “Open chatbot” button.
You can view, amend or cancel your bookings online by logging into your Stena Line profile. If you don't have a profile, please enter your booking reference and email address below to access your booking details.

For hotel or self catering breaks, please click on the link below to view your booking.
Simply click on the "Login/Manage Booking" link located at the top right of the site.
If you have a Stena Line profile, please log into your account using your email address and password or alternatively you can login via your social media account(s).
If you don't have a Stena Line profile, you can still amend or cancel your booking online using your booking reference and email address.
When you log into your Stena Line profile, click the "My bookings" link. You will then be presented with a screen that shows your booking history with us.
Simply select the booking you wish to amend or cancel by clicking on the booking reference and you will see an overview of your booking details. You can then select to either change or cancel your booking.
If you are amending your booking online, simply click on the relevant item that you wish to edit and you will be taken directly to that selection to make the necessary changes.
An amendment fee may be applicable depending on the fare type you have chosen and any difference in fare which may apply to the changes being made will be charged.
If you need to cancel your booking online, simply select the "cancel" tab and a summary of your booking will be displayed.
Depending on the fare that you have booked, a refund may be due. The amount that will be refunded will be shown on this screen and it will be refunded automatically to the credit or debit card you used at the time of booking once you have confirmed cancellation.
