• Gift vouchers cannot be used for any onboard purchases
• Gift vouchers are valid for two years from date of issue
• No cash alternative is available
• Gift vouchers are not transferable under any circumstances and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
• Gift vouchers can only be redeemed by post direct with Stena Line and not via any third party operator
• Gift vouchers under £100 will incur a £5 special delivery charge, over £100 free of charge
