A.Yes you can, but they must be booked in advance through our call centre when you are making your original Tesco motorist booking. Meals onboard are only available when travelling via Belfast-Cairnryan. Tesco Clubcard tokens are not valid for purchases made onboard our ships or at our ports.
A. No. The Tesco Clubcard Travel Token offer is a special promotion with it‘s own specific terms and conditions. This fare is subject to availability and space may not be available on every sailing for the offer. The maximum value of tokens that can be used is £210 per return booking (£105 per single booking).
A. If you cancel your booking, the voucher value within the booking will not be refunded but your credit card payment may be, subject to our terms & conditions. However you may change your booking to another date before departure subject to payment of any difference in fare.
A. Yes, payment for all bookings is due at the time of booking. For payment made by major credit or debit card, a £5 handling charge applies to credit card payments, no charge for debit cards.

A. The Tesco fare is a special product which does not include express boarding. You can add our Stena Plus lounge at a special fare of £16 per person and pay for it with your Tesco Clubcard Travel Token vouchers.
A. Express boarding is not available with the Tesco fare. It is only available on our normal Premium motorist fare which is not available for payment with Tesco travel tokens.
A. The Tesco product is a special fare that is only valid in conjunction with your Tesco Clubcard Travel Tokens. This fare has its own Terms and Conditions and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount and is subject to availability.
A. Yes, for cabins onboard they must be booked in advance provided the products are available through our reservation system. The Tesco Clubcard Travel Tokens are not valid for purchases onboard our ships, only valid for travel, Stena Plus, en-suite cabins and meals (via Belfast-Cairnryan only) when purchased through our reservation system. Subject to availability.
A. Your Tesco Clubcard Travel Tokens are not valid for payment or part payment for the following products; Landbridge, Sail & Rail, Express Coach, Hotel Breaks, Self-catering breaks, Day trips or Cruises or small commercial freight vehicles.
A.If your vehicle is registered for commercial purposes then unfortunately your Tesco Clubcard Travel Tokens are not valid for payment or part payment when making a reservation for a small commercial freight vehicle. However, if your vehicle is a car van like a Peugeot or Escort car van, then this type of vehicle or similar is valid for travel under the Tesco Clubcard Travel Token offer.
A. Yes no problem, but the fare quoted for the travel dates you require may be subject to an increase by the time you call back with the vouchers, so it is imperative to apply for your Tesco Travel Token vouchers first.
A. No, you must apply to Tesco first for your travel tokens as we need to know the correct total amount of applicable vouchers that you are using as part payment or paying in full on your booking, so it can be endorsed accordingly. The vouchers must arrive with Stena Line within 7 days of making your booking, otherwise your booking will be cancelled. Your voucher numbers will be requested at the time of booking so please have them to hand when you call.

A. No, your Tesco Clubcard Travel Tokens are applicable to yourself and other travel tokens are not transferrable.
A. Yes, you can amend your booking before your date of travel, subject to availability. You may incur additional charges due to the difference in fare and these must be paid by debit or credit card at the time of the amendment. If the fare on the new departure is lower than your previous fare no refund will be made for the difference.
A. Yes, you can add extra passengers after you have made your original booking but these must be paid for by credit or debit card.
A. No, if you have paid in full with Tesco Clubcard Travel Tokens, there is no refund on the voucher value payment. However, if you have partially paid for the extra person/s on the booking then we can refund you that portion of the payment made by credit card, subject to the terms and conditions of the Tesco fare.
A. Yes, you can mix and match your Stena Line crossing. For example, travel outward from Dublin Port to Holyhead and return from Fishguard to Rosslare or Cairnryan to Belfast, the choice is yours, subject to availability. There may be an additional charge due to the change in your day of travel or departure time.
A. Yes, but there may be an additional charge depending on the changes which must be payable at the time of the amendment by credit or debit card.
A. Yes, they must be confirmed at the time of booking and full payment made at the same time. If they are added at a later date then payment must be made by credit or debit card.
