Special needs
There is a lift into the terminal building from the car park for those travelling without a car. Please advise us of any assistance that you may need on 08447 70 70 70. If you have already made a booking please have your booking reference to hand when you call us.

Passenger Terminal
If you have arrived early you may wish to take advantage of the facilities in the terminal, which has a café, ATM and internet facilities. Foreign exchange facilities are available at the Information Office on both the Stena Hollandica and Stena Britannica (only cash can be exchanged).

Luggage
Luggage trolleys are available that can be used to move your luggage both to and form the entrance of the ship.

For passengers travelling on our day time sailings only we also offer the possibility to check-in luggage. This will stowed securely on the car deck during the crossing and will be available from the designated luggage reclaim area at the arrival port. 

Rail
The dutchflyer and local rail services arrive at the terminal building, an escalator takes you directly to check-in.

Car Park
Car Parking is available at Harwich International Port.

Please go to the information desk and ask them to order a taxi for you.

Public Transport
Local buses serve Colchester and Clacton as well as the immediate Harwich, Port and Dovercourt area. There are also more infrequent rural services. A bus timetable is available from First Eastern.
