Once Upon A Tide

The new exhibition at the National Railway Museum in York celebrates 100 years of North Sea rail-ferry crossings to Europe.

The exhibiton which opens on the 10th February 2010 and is open until the 6th September 2010 in located in the great hall will display a large collection of Unique posters, personal recollections of travellers exploring over 100 years of North Sea ferry crossings between Harwich and Hook and the museum's famous turntable will be dramatically transformed into a Stena Line roll-on, roll-off ferry.

There will also be a programme of children’s activities on offer.
