How can I access my bookings?
Registered Customers: logon with your email address with which you registered and made your booking, as well as your password. Non-Registered Customers: select the "I am not registered" box, and then logon with your email address with which you made your booking and your booking reference number.
Where do I find my booking reference number?
Your booking reference number can be found in the subject line of the booking confirmation email that you received - "Stena Line E-ticket & Reservation Advice for booking reference 12345678" or by opening the E-ticket and Reservation Advice PDF you will have received with this email. On the PDF the booking reference number is found at the top right of the page just under the barcode.
Can I change my booking online?
Yes, you can change your booking online if the value of your amended booking is the same or greater than the original. An amendment fee is applicable to route, date or time changes made to economy tickets. Cost of extra items and any difference in fare is payable for all ticket types.
Are there any restrictions to changing my booking online?
If the amended booking is of a lesser value than the original booking, you will need to make the amendments to your booking at the call centre on 08447 70 70 70.
I made my booking with the call centre. Can I still access and change my booking online?
You can view your booking online but you will be unable to amend it if you booked through the call centre. To view your booking, simply select the "I am not registered" box and logon with the email address with which you made the booking and your booking reference number.
How do I change my booking online?
When you have logged in, click on the "Change" link to the right of the booking reference number. This will recall your original booking. Simply make your changes and go through the steps presented to update your booking. On some occasions, you may not be able to amend your booking online (see above).
How do I know my changes have been applied to my booking?
You will receive an email with the changed booking details displayed. You can also view your updated booking by logging in to "My Bookings" again.
Can I cancel my booking online?
Bookings cannot be cancelled online. If you wish to cancel your booking, please call 08447 70 70 70.
How can I get a print-out of my itinerary?
You can print your itinerary by logging on to "My Bookings" and clicking on the booking reference number link. Your itinerary will appear in a new window. At the top of this window you will see a print button allowing you to print your booking.
How to make a Stena Line booking using Tesco Travel Tokens?
Once you have converted your Tesco Clubcard vouchers to Tesco Travel tokens please telephone Stena Line on 0844 576 2 576 to make your booking.
