- The Stena Line Terms of Business, together with these special conditions apply to all bookings and travel.
- All day trips are subject to availability and on sailings specified.
- Full payment is required at time of booking.
- No refund is due if the booking is cancelled.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an responsible adult (18 years +).
- Young adults (16 -17 years) may travel unaccompanied but must have a letter of authority from a parent or guardian. Where groups of young adults are travelling together, each individual must have a letter of authority.
- Only small items of hand luggage are permitted on day trips by foot. Customers carrying large items of luggage will be charged the standard foot passenger fare of £25 per adult single and £15 per child (4-15 yrs) single.
* Some ride exclusions apply including 'The Bomber' and 'The Bungee'. Does not include coin-operated or prize winning equipment, entrance to Amazonia or admission to the Devil's Island mini-golf.
Important note for customers with particular needs If you are a wheelchair user, we are able to meet your needs onboard our ships however the transfer coaches we use are NOT wheelchair accessible. We strongly recommend that you do not travel on this day trip unless you have someone who can assist you with boarding and disembarking the coach.
