- All bookings and travel are subject to the Stena Line Terms of Business in addition to the special conditions below
- Bookings must be made at least 3 weeks before departure.
- Full payment required at time of booking.
- No refund is due if the booking is cancelled. Refunds are only given if fixture is changed.
- Fixtures may be subject to change prior to departure.

Please be aware of the following special terms and conditions, which form part of the booking conditions:
GENERAL BEHAVIOUR
We want our guests to enjoy themselves, but over-exuberance spoils things for others. Rowdiness is unacceptable. Please bear this in mind and consider the enjoyment of other passengers. We want you to enjoy your day trip but failure to behave in an acceptable way will result in offenders being refused travel.
SONGS
Football chants, singing of political or football songs and playing instruments is unacceptable. Please bear in mind that there may be children, families and people onboard who may find these offensive.
SPORTING COLOURS
It would be preferable when travelling that colours are not worn. Flags and banners are not permitted onboard the ferry.
ALCOHOL
You are not permitted to bring alcohol from your vehicle to the passenger areas of the ferry. Any person under the influence of alcohol WILL NOT be allowed to travel.
SMOKING
Smoking is permitted on outer decks of the superferry and in marked areas of the Stena HSS.
PARKING
Parking is not included
