The ferries on our Fleetwood-Larne route are not suitable for passengers with disabilities or infirmities. Please be advised the Stena Plus lounge on the Stena Express is situated on the upper passenger deck. This deck is only accessible by stairs (there are no lifts on the Stena Express). Should any passengers with limited mobility wish to book into the Stena Plus lounge or purchase a Premium ticket on the Stena Express, crew aboard the Stena Express are available to assist passengers up and down the stairs, but cannot carry anyone due to the risk of an accident. Please note that our conventional ferry, the Stena Europe, has no such restriction and full mobility access is available.
