With the Stena Line Best Price Guarantee, should the price of your booked trip fall we will refund you the difference in fare.
Our Best Price Guarantee covers vehicle bookings on our Irish Sea routes made direct with Stena Line either online at stenaline.co.uk, by phone via our Call Centre or in person at a Stena Line Travel Centre.
In order to avail of your refund, your application must simply be based on a like for like comparison of the same:
- Fare type i.e. Economy, Flexi or Premium
- Sailing time, route, craft and day of travel
- Vehicle type
- Number and type of passengers
- Currency as the original booking
To make your application, please call 08447 70 70 70 with your booking reference number and our Customer Service Department will after verifying the information, confirm your reservation at the lower fare.
