What is a customer profile?
If you are a member of our Extra loyalty scheme, you will be able to check your account balance online and pay for your trip with your Extra points. To enable this, you must activate your Extra points account in your registered user profile. You need to enter your Extra points membership number which is on the original e-mail sent to you when you registered. You must also have an Extra points password. If you don't have a password please call 0343 208 1801 to set one up. (calls cost no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02))
